Good health is sound health. The body which is free from all sorts of diseases is considered to be healthy. One can keep good health by way of observing the rules of health, eating a balanced diet and living a disciplined life. In order to keep healthy, one has to remain free from tension. Eating fresh food, drinking clean water and taking pure air are the basic needs for keeping healthy. But unfortunately, all the people of our country do not get the food they need for good health. While the rich and educated people of our country are conscious of the rules of health, the bulk majority of the common people are ignorant of them. And the complexities of life have an adverse impact on our health. Frozen and artificial rather than fresh and natural food make us fall prey to various serious ailments causing great damage to our health and happiness.I thoroughly believe in the fact that simple and carefree life is conducive to good health.

once at twilight I along with my younger brother was walking home. I was five miles away from my village home. As it was getting dark, I thought it a Bit risky and insecure to reach name on foot. I thought for a while what to do. Meanwhile, a bright idea came to my mind. There was a village haat (market) on that day. A good number of our village people came to the haat to sell their own products and in return buy their daily necessaries, i, along with Boby, my younger brother, entered the haat. Luckily, we found about ten of our village people. There are some local transports, but the road was risky enough. We reached our village home at 10.00 p.m. safe and sound. Our parents and other members of the family were, so anxious for us, but when we reached home, they became happy enough.
